We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Unexpected technical issues or security problems
• Extended periods of inactivity

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@skillgrowhub.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bagaha, West Champaran, Bagaha-1, Bihar, India.

16.3 International Users

The Services are controlled and operated from our facilities in India. We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
